What do I do when Elmo becomes crippled because I foolishly installed patch 3 before I knew how it would hurt him so! What I mean is that he has permanent Spike Growth feet. His movement is down, way down, and I can't seem to fix him. I've seen people discuss this before here, but can anyone tell me how to fix it? Can I hack one of the files? Use a console command? Help help help! Don't make me go back to the save game before it all happened, please! Thanks jason.
Do you mean that he now has a permanent spell effect of Spike Growth. In Liv's mod Jaroo can fix permanent spell effects. Just ask him about raising a party member from the dead. If you aren't using Liv's mod it's a little more complicated. Try searching the forum for "Spell Permanency" (sp?). I know that there is a thread dealing with this.
