I'm leaving on an out-of-town assignment that will last until Friday in the State Capitol; then it's down to the 'Holy City' to pick up Spike-the-younger who's returning from the EU on a student thingy. I won't be checking the boards until Saturday at the earliest. I hope to get some paddling in on the Broad River this week, and I will surely see Lord Zorn, as we plan to watch both volumes of "Kill Bill". You can keep your +1 flaming holy katanas...I just want one made by Hatori Hanzo...

...Well, I've returned without any major mishaps...although at one point I must admit to having probably looked like this... :yikes: We made it to the river, watched a few shows, and got an entire class through training on the ROC (one of the few ever without any re-cycles). Tons of fun. My best time was 3:53 (dry) and 4:01 (wet). It rained almost constantly for 5 days, making things a little, well, er...slickery. Spike-the-younger's home safe, with the coolest momento of the EU ever. It's a t-shirt that reads... Prague...Czech it out.
