Livonya 1.5.1 add on... For reasons known only by livonya, some work I did creating new rings has been left uncraftable, so for those of you who want to be able to craft some extra rings (and buy a masterwork wakizashi from brother smyth), try this. Edit; I just re-priced the masterwork shuriken in brother smyths dialogue file to 7 gp. Second edit; Sorry guys and gals, my mind must have been under the control of a mad yellow spotted chimpanzee with a termnal case of flatulence last week - I made additions to and old (and incomplete) version of protos.tab (some previously corrected mistakes were reinstated). So now this week I bring you... ...wait for it... ...masterwork composite longbow (str +5) available from brother smyth. The cloak of resistance +4, +5, and the mandolin of charming are now also craftable. And I included the fix for Rannos Davl and Gremags dialogue.
Is this compatible with patches 1 and 2, Co8 3.0.4, Liv 1.5.1, MaxHP, and Humble NPCs simultaneously? -EE
Yes no problem, I've included all the cleric weapons (still no prices though) i did, added the masterwork Wakizashi and fixed shuriken blades (the regular shuriken do piercing damage, the masterwork ones do slashing damage? and a used different code for equipping them?)
About the shuriken stuff, I had already fixed those way back when I released my Arena of Heroes beta, but those fixes never made their way into Liv's mod (see http://www.co8.org/forum/showpost.php?p=7027). A Q for Allyx by the new guy Where can i get your new cleric weapons and how do i use it? Last time i tried your cleric weapons i couldnt get them 2 work.All i got was a crash to the desktop. PS: So do they work with Liv 1.5.1. etc,..?
Morpheus - Ill compare what I did to what you did in the Arena, and fix it any mistakes. EDIT: Just checked it, one question - column 61 "item equip flags", normal shuriken and masterwork shuriken have slightly different entry's, normal shuriken have OIF_WEAR_WEAPON_PRIMARY OIF_WEAR_WEAPON_SECONDARY OIF_WEAR_2HAND_REQUIRED and masterwork shuriken have OIF_WEAR_WEAPON_PRIMARY OIF_WEAR_WEAPON_SECONDARY OIF_WEAR_WEAPON_PRIMARY OIF_WEAR_2HAND_REQUIRED. Does this make a difference? It doesn't seem to but in anyway i've changed the masterwork version to the same as the normal version. Bojeviti - It is probable that they will only work with Livonya's 1.5.1 (livonya doesn't like adding my items, she seems to think it makes the game too easy - I think it makes the game truer to pencil and paper d&d) If you look at this thread http://www.co8.org/forum/showthread.php?t=1685 all the info on how to get them is there, I'm not sure if you can sell them (I didn't add prices for them)
