Helloo all, I recently used 4 the 1st time the co8 mod. I moved the saves and the players from the original so i could continue from where i stopped. when i talk 2 brother smyth he asks me if i can open a chest 4 him and he wants a giants head 2 give me access to masterwork items. i've tried openning the chest but i cant. my thief has open lock skill 11,5 (rog 2 / wiz 2), i've even tried the open/close spell with no success. As 4 the other were the f*** do i find a giants head when i have allready killed the hill giant in Emridy Meadows ages ago.??? Please HEEELP!!! John :writersbl :scratchhe
Come back to the chest if you can't figure out any other way to raise your skill high enough. (Hint: check your roll - how much are you failing by? Any other ways to raise your skill other than levelling? ) You can console in the giant's head. But I don't know the number off the top of my head. Hopefully, someone else can help you out with that. Just a word of warning - sometimes strange things happen if you try to play an old save. You're seeing a part of that now with the giant's head. Hope you don't come across anything worse.
I believe you use "create 12602" in the console (without quotes) to spawn a giants head. I have not done it myself though....
