I just downloaded KotB 1.0.1, not realizing that I had downloaded it on 9/26. The file from 9/26 is 381077 kb and the one from 10/03 is 381085 kb. I know 8 kb is not a lot, but i just want to be sure i'm not getting a bad file or anything. I am going to install the 9/26 one, and change it if one of you people who is much smarter than me tells me to use the big file... Does that make sense? :thumbsup:
Well, just installed the small one, and upon startup, it froze on the main menu. Uninstalled and am going with the larger one. Fingers crossed!
In my oppinion, I believe the larger file size may inticate it is more recently updated with content that is intended to be added into the growing expansion. possibly same version, but maybe bugs/debugs or content is continually being added upon it without the BIG HYPE about anouncing a new version. just guessing though GOOD LUCK
There was no update that I know of between those dates - sound's like a corrupt download? :shrug: Did the 'bigger' one work?
