Err... why is the beer-maker in homelet evil? I dectecited him with my paladin's dectect evil spell. (I finnally figgured out how to get them (the dectect anything spells) to work!)
The Germans and the French  (ducks as Morpheus bans him for all eternity!) I did not know this. But then I haven't used a Paladin since my first run through ever with just the official patches.
What a classic. Hmm, what can these folks be up to? Perhaps they should have some evil tie in quests with Rannos and Gremag. After all, taking out the beer and cheese industry in Hommlet would totally screw the place.:evil_laug
Meh. Lots of ordinary people are Evil, though unlike their D&D counterparts they don't generally know it, think of it as a club, or play it for laughs. If we had Detect Evil spells in the real world a good chunk of the population would have to be imprisoned on general principles.
Man, that's the best comment I've read on a forrm in a long time! Ironic it's on a D&D related forum... merde :drink: you forgot the Belgians! And the English are not that bad at brewing either...
well, thankyou. The way I figgure it is that you have to "re-fresh" the map after casting. So either enter a new room when it's on; or activate it, save and then load that, should work as well.
What we lack in beer & cheese we more than make up for in breast implants and steroid monkeys. OK, so it's not much of a trade.
How do detect evil spells work? Whenevr I do it with my Paladin, he just kinda does this hand motion thing with a bluish flash, and nothing happens.
