Does anyone know an easy way to check if the PC is alone in the party, vs if there is more than one person? {11}{Hi it's me.}{}{1}{pc == alone}{20}{} {12}{Hit its us.}{}{1}{pc != alone}{20}{} Simple question but my brain is full.
I think party_size will also count AI followers (summons, charmed, animal companions etc.), so be careful if you want to make an exception for those.
If this is for a IWD dialogue as I suspect, bare in mind that in IWD player characters can be split into selected groups and each group can be instructed to transition to different maps, whereas in ToEE they can't. IE you can select your rogue and use a door icon to enter a building with that character alone if desired... which isn't possible in ToEE.
No, I just need a '1 or more than 1' scenario, even if it's your faithful chicken companion. Thanks Gaear. EDIT: Gah, ninja'd by Allyx. Yes this is for IWD. but will we be implementing that sort of thing? I mean I can do a "find if party is nearby' scenario, that's easy enough, but map changes without the whole party will be ever so slightly more difficult. (I remember that in BG, sending one guy loaded up with anti-spider gear alone into a basement to kill something for a quest).
I don't know if sending a single party member, or a small portion of the party into a different map from the remaining members is possible in ToEE, or even if that scenario is required in IWD at any point... I've really not gotten that far into the game to know.
