I am currently running C08 5.0.0 My list is showing that I have all the items but I did not get two items from the temple. Lila is able to summon the box and I can battle her brother in the abandoned building. should I try to get other items from the temple and have some idea what the storyline is about or be greatful that I can get the sandalwoodbox early. is there A update that I can download without starting all over. It seems Iread something but cannot find the thread. I also am running the desperate housewives quest with a fighter/paladin I recieved the quest before I became a paladin a haven't fallen because of it.
Umm? Just be grateful? I can't explain any of that: the ending is triggered by a simple counter so if you don't have all the items I don't know how that happened.
having the two last items won't get you nothing... i usually have 4 or 5 sugar coups, because i love all the "frank" dialogue. If you take it to the witch, she won't tell you nothing new. So if you completed the quest, you are not missing anything. Btw, i remember once, after receiving the box i used it (i think to go to the temple), and returned and went to the fight with the brother; after the fight i used the box again to go to Hommlet, to see where i was teleported, and when i looked in my inventory, i had TWO sandalwood boxes...i quickly dispatched one (can't remember if i selled it or throwed it) just in case that it causes problems due to "duplicity"... Maybe the blacksmith has to have some option to destroy items, in those rare cases...or Pishella, being the "oficial item destroy" girl...
