Classes that cannot reach lvl20?

After fixing the ranger being stuck at lvl 15, I just wondered if there are any other classes that won't make it to lvl 20?

Zeb said he would be without an Internet connection for a few weeks, or so.

 

Well, I was primarily interested in classes where you cannot reach lvl 20, not the ones that lack certain abilities when they get there.

 

Primarily, that used to be Sorcerers and Rogues [and Monks, too, I believe].

Note: I, myself, have not even tried to play a single-class Sorcerer or Rogue past level 10 in a very long time, and I have never even made a monk character. The same is probably true for a lot of people for similar reasons.

[EDIT] I suspect someone needs to crank up a game session, make one character for each class - one character at a time while using
game.party[0].stat_base_set(stat_experience,number)
where number = experience points
and click the + train button 21 times to go through the steps of training each character to see where each class stops and cannot level further.
