EDIT Take note Xvicious, you can approach the monster whenever you wish. I set it's behaviour to sleeping STATE FLAG. Retrieve the monsters .SKM file on Temple of Elemental Evil\data\art\meshes\Monsters\Chmra "Chmra.SKM". Just copy-paste the modified Chmra.SKM unto the directory and your good to go. Just select "True Neutral Alignment" in-game and see the actual changes.
update: by-product of this prodject will reflec a 3 headed hydra model I will post this update soon -zip containts | -hydra.skm -hydra.an8 Zoltec, when you get a chance could you test the 3headed skm in game and post a screen-shot? p.s. thank you for volunteering on the prodject. ----------------------------------------------------------------- rules for 3 headed hydra sugguest 3d10+18 HD and possibly scale the model to large size instead of HUGE its C.R. should be reduced by 2/5 since it would have only 3/5 of its original heads it could be used as a random encounter since the challenge is less (lower level encounters) this suggests the 3h hydra could be introduced as an encounter early in the game in toee as a random encounter

I'l try to make a skin for it but don't get you hopes to high on my editing skills! Anyway I've given it mobility (alternative to hover), spring attack (alternative to multi-attack), alertness, ironwill. I don't know how to edit the C.R. I'm not familliar with it.
We are making a chimera, I need it to have 3 heads first wanted to see if it would work ok. now we will have a 3 h hydra + chemira maybe this is the first step next step I will try to add wings thank you for the pic looks awsome! Alright, but don't you think that a bronze metallic skin can fit chimera? OKAY, I'll integrate a breathing attack like lizard dragon. Hmm.. Everty time anoteher head attack change its color is that possible?
yes but could you expand the bronze tone over the grey more so there is less spotty contrast if you could also paint 3 different head colors on the tga (in places not used in oringinal map) so that I can map their colors to the corrcet heads? say this one would have a white,and black /(or red )dragon head + the lioness head dont forget the 3 head hydra has 2 less heads to attack with and less HP, might as well scale it to medium (currently large) size too @pic your character might live longer too
Yeah, I'll just draww and you'l map the .TGA texture is this correct? Besides it's not the metallic version of the chimera. Hmm.. wat about the other 2 heads? I thought they are removed..."has two less heads to attack with" can I futher extend the area of the .TGA image?
yea i mean't paint on the original size tga but expand the color over the grey areas by painting them more bronze the bronze is spotty contrasting with the darker grey shade I want more bronze and less contrast with the darker grey shade plus the head colors could be painted inside their where its not painted the green and red areas for the other heads colour green: lioness red: dragon 2 I can map those textures to the heads seperate in an8
