char locked up...HELP

    not the game, just a char, i was holding (Ctrl) and now just that char is frozen... how do i un freze it:chairshot ?


    PLUS I NEED HEP ON A QUEST, I cant find the ring for the emerdy medows quest

    Is a button stuck on the keyboard? Can you press both of the the <CTRL> buttons down and when you release them, do they come back to their normal resting position?
