If you're asking how you get back to it, you don't. I reckon everything available at the Caravan is also available elsewhere in the game, plus more stuff as well. The Caravan is just there to help you get started in the way you would like (rather than having a bunch of generic equipment).
the blacksmith in hommlet has some normal stuff. Ramos davil has some better weapons and armor but the price is higher on some stuff (not the ork shield) and everything you sell him is cheaper than you'd make if you sold it at the blacksmith. plus you can buy crossbow and some bolts.
