I have been playing toee for years usine cof8 with no problem. Wanted to uninstall 5.7.2 and do a clean install for 5.9.2. When I try to uninstall I recieve an error 5006: 0x80070002 has occurred durining setup. I run win xp sp3 with microsoft security essentials and windows firewall. Any ideas? I later installed 5.9.2 and 5.9.2 nc. everything seems to work, would just like to figure out the issue. Also, how bad is it if I just delete the atari folder to tthe trash bin. I would also like to take a moment to thank everyone at Cof8 for the amazing work you continue to do., many thanks.
To remove a mod just delete everything in the root that's labeled 5.7.2 or whatever. For 5.9.3 I un-installed and started from scratch. Go with the latest 5.9.3 NC and forget the older stuff. Just taking up data space.
