im trying to marry Fruella (to finish a quest) and she says not with this big group i have with me. im trying to complete the "carpenters dilemma". i cannot get terjon to agree to the conversion. i have finished the "terjon wants more" quest already, and healed Jaxx son Bing.

    Dismiss some of your companions.

I had this same problem when using the Co8 Mod. I had my party maxed out with characters and no more room for NPC's. If you want to complete this quest, you need 1 open spot in your party. That is, 7 people max.

fyi - If you plan on rescuing Prince Thrommel later in the game, you'll need to have an open NPC slot at that time, too.

i have the Co8 mod and have it set to a party of eight. i only have six characters in my party (should that work). i will try to remove a party member but i get an error when i try to remove a party member by using the book in the welcome wench. is there any other way to remove a party member besides the book?

You can ask certain NPCs to leave the party and ask them to re-join later. Don't use the book for that.

And just to be clear, the only possible way to do this is to kill them (use a fireball spell) and then click on the dismiss buttom :D :D :D.

Just kidding....use the radial menu and talk to them.

Also be sure to subsequently reset the PC/NPC ratio to 6-2 or 7-1 (or whatever) in ToEE Front End. If it's still set to 8-0, you won't get any NPCs into your party, regardless of how many PCs you've got.
