Can't download as .exe. file

    MY apologies if this has been asked before. I am trying to download. The latest mudpack using WIndows 8.1 Pro. It is not download as an .exe file. Any thoughts on why not and what I should do?

    Make sure that extensions are visible in your system and rename the file to "[anything].exe."
