cannot get to verbobonc?

    hey everyone, new to this forum and already got a question ;)

    in my current game it seems to be impossible to get to verbobonc. no matter if i try to get there by taking rufus with me or trying to let the prisoners from dungeon level 1 join - it just doesnt do anything.

    when i ask rufus to join and level him up to 8 he then tells me that he has to leave. if i choose to follow him he takes me somewhere on the world map (like the back entrance of moat house) and leaves.

    when i ask the prisoners on dungeon level 1 i can make them join and show verbobonc on my map (which doesn't work) and when i get back to fresh air and ask them to travel there together, nothing happens.

    i'm running co8 5.0.0 at the moment with a party of 3 PCs and no NPC except for the ones needed to get to verbobonc.

    am i doing anything wrong? thanks in advance :largeclap

    I don't remember if this is included in 5.0.0, but when you get outside the temple with one or both of the girl prisoners from level 1, pull up the world map and see if Verbobonc is listed on the right. If it is, just click on it and you'll travel there.

    I know it's like that in 5.0.4.

    which prisoners on level 1 can take you to Verbobonc ?

    haven't found them yet

    I have met at least one and she battles the group and then comes to her senses and dissapears after some some dialouge...

    Yah, Rufus sure does like to go for a stroll about the world. Doesn't he?

    Updates were made for the Verbo mod. Install one of these on top of your game, the Co8 5.0.2, 5.0.3, or 5.0.4 CMF.
    (1) After adding one of these CMF updates, delete only the PYC files [not the PY files]. To accomplish this, you can use the delete_pyc.cmd file located in the ..\data\scr folder of your game.
    (2) Also after adding one of these CMF updates, you need to ensure you have the checkbox option in ToEEFE for Clean Game Cache on Startup checkmarked.
    (3) The bad news is your previous saved games will not work because the map cache is different with one of the new Co8 5.0.2, 5.0.3, or 5.0.4 CMF applied overtop of your game. This means you will have to start over with a new game. However, some issues were fixed and changes were made for the Verbo mod.
