Bugs report: listen, spot and tower shields.

    hi, for the record, making some test, i noticed that my party members ALWAYS get flatfooted even if they have very high scores in listen and spot skills. before it wasn't.

    Another very bad thing:
    tower shield proficiency is granted to everybody that may use a shield, not to fighters only as it should: they should have the proper tower shield proficiency feat.
    More, they do not provide the -2 penality to attack rolls as they should. They had a dexterity limit of 2, but modfiying that value does nohing. I tried to give them heavy armor proficiency, but this only switches shields to armor slot: is there any way to fix it or any variabile for cursed items that may be used to make that the shield provokes a general -2 to all attacks? I tried with rusty weapons attribute, but that variabile influences only the attacks done with that specific weapon. In this way, every class that is proficient with shields and does not use weapon finesse, arcane spells or is focused on some particular skills (rogues) would get a +4 to AC, with no maluses, that is just too much.

    maluses? Do you mean Minuses?, or penalties.

    Sorry, sometimes I mix english with my own language: I mean penalities.
