I've just started ToEE and I have a Bard in my party. This is a very basic question and so I apologise in advance but I can't seem to get my bard to use her instrument. What do I have to do to get her to play her Mandolin? I've tried use item, searching the radial menu but so far no luck. Also is bardic music only a combat option as I would normally get the Bard to play at various times to 'lighten the mood' etc Thanks.
There should be a "bardic music" option in the radial menu next to talk. The instrument should just be equiped on your character, it gives you +2 to your perform skill. What are your bard's charisma and perform skill, if your perform is too low you cant use instruments.
