Attention: D&D Tactical Specialist Needed

I am in need of consultation from a person well-versed in D&D tactics - feat progressions, skills, weapons, leveling, etc. - for a variety of classes up to as far as level 20. This has never been an area of expertise for me, so I'd like to have access to someone for whom it is to assist with a new element of the Tales of the Wild Coast expansion.

You will not have to do any actual modding; I'll take care of all that. You'll just need to be able to provide solid information on all the above-mentioned needs (and possibly more), and maybe do a little testing.
