I looked for similar threads on forum but I didn't find complete info.Do spells work with sneak attack or there's no point in doing arcane trickster?Do spells need something like silent spell(or are those metamagic feats useful in general? ) or still spell to apply sneak attack damage?Is viable or sub optimal to make a caster specialized in rays with improved crit and weapon focus (ray)?Thanks for answers and the amazing job with the mods
If you are running the latest version of Templeplus you will be able to do sneak attack damage with a number of ray and touch spells listed in the Templeplus updates blog. Neither silent or still spell are especially useful but perversely an Amulet of Mighty Fists is.....

The criteria for applying sneak attack damage with spells is basically the same as a regular sneak attack, the spell must require a roll to hit the target (or unerringly hit the target for Magic Missile) and the target must be denied his dex bonus to AC or be flanked.
