If you look at gazra's guide to TOEE in section 26 he lists where to buy different weapons and such. The kamas you mention are listed there along with quite a few other monk weapons of masterwork quality. Click here for the Guide
I obtained the following information by doing a word search for "kama" in the Game Guide sticky thread. Ah Fong has a Masterwork Kama for sale in his Emporium in Nulb. Victor (Weapons Merchant) in The Archer's Eye in Verbobonc has a 50% chance of having a Masterwork Kama for sale. During the 'Monster Mash' quest, 2 of the Hextor Monks dual-wield Masterwork Kama (that's 4 Masterwork Kama in total that you can loot from their corpses). In the Cathedral of Pelor ruins, one of the "Clerics of Pelor" dual-wields Masterwork Kama (that's 2 Masterwork Kama that you can loot from his corpse).
