Any way to edit skills on already existing character?

Ok, I've got a multi-classed Fighter/Paladin, and just hit 5th Level. However, when I multi-classed to Paladin I realized that I'd left some of the Fighter skills at odd numbers (3.5). What I SHOULD'VE done was put two Skill Points in two skills to put them at 4 each, instead of having three skills at 3.5, but now I'm stuck. Nor am I interested in starting over yet again, when I've already started over several times. So anyone know of a way that I can edit the skill point selection of already levelled characters? Thanks.
