After finishing the adventure, doubts that arose me

    Having finished the adventure, I'd like to ask a couple of questions that came up, but first I have to say that "The Keep on the Borderlands" is a spectacular module. I recommend it to everyone and congratulate its creators.

    That said, here are my questions:

    * How do you obtain the "Experienced Adventurer" reputation? Is it enough to kill Hegumen? Or is there something else you need to do?

    * To obtain the "Highway Angel" reputation, which bandits do you need to defeat exactly?

    * Regarding the Thieves Guild, once a shadowy character appears near the pub, tells you about it, you agree to join by paying 50GP, and he says another character will approach you. When and how does the second character appear?

    * I heard a rumor about a lost wand in the "Caves of Chaos" area. I haven't found it. Where exactly is it located?

    * Towards the end of the adventure, there's a moment when Ricario (Apothecary) simply disappears... What could have happened? Where is he?

    Glad you liked it. Unfortunately the answers to all your questions, for the moment, are "I don't remember". But let's try them.

    - experienced adventurer: may have been 'future expansion', a lot of stuff was done with 'way down the line' in mind, and we never got near there.

    - Highway Angel - presumably the plot-critical ones you meet on the highway at some point, usually after having gone to the bandit's camp in there south west, found the boots on poles, and gone back to the Bailiff. You should get the encounter next time you leave. If you
    left Billy alive and talked to him in gaol
    you get the encounter in your favour, otherwise you get ambushed. Or maybe you have to save the Merchant in the Caves, that counts as protecting the highway. I forget. I may have forgotten to implement it.

    - The Thieves' Guild guy - You should meet him in the pub. Because of the Bailiff being in there and you having to talk to him about stuff (plus the other adventurers hanging out there) I genuinely thought people would spend a lot of time in the pub. In fact you may never go near the place.

    - Sounds like a reference to something that was meant to be in the Shunned Cavern where the Owlbear is.

    - All I can think of is you had him arrested for peddling poison? Otherwise that probably shouldn't happen.

    I'll dust off the modding computer and try to find exact answers.

    Thanks for the clarification. I'll go back to previous saves to see if I can resolve those outstanding issues.
