adding feats? Wich file stores the feats?

    Hi: I was wondering.... since customizing NPC allows to rise them over level 10 and the game offers enough XP to effectively enjoy those challenges, is it possible to add high level feats like Greater Weapon Specialization or other 2-weapon.fighting stuff, just to name one?
    I was wondering if It is possible to add some. Wich file stores the feats?
