About NPC dialog

    Am I correct to assume that all the dialog related files are in \data\dlg ?
    So the file size would be a pretty good estimate of the bantering with each NPC?

    And is there any tool for working with those files?
    (yeah, I know they're txt, but there might be something to make the editing friendlier)

    Is there any tool for working with the dialog files?
    To make things clearer and easier to set dialog conditions and all that?

    The Other Modding Tools thread in the Downloads forum has a few dialog tools, but I think most people just use Notepad.
