Hey, I've found a resource that can be quite helpful for ToEE modding. It's an Arcanum Worlded manual (for *Arcanum*), but Arcanum and ToEE share sooo much common things that it's really worth looking through the Arcanum Worlded manual at least once: it has explanations for each standard action, for most NPC flags, and so on. Could be useful to hardcore modders. Anyway, keep in mind that it's an Arcanum resource and not a ToEE one, so there may be considerable differences as well.
