1) Can a Monk make use of the Two Weapon Fighting feat? 2) Does a Rogue's evasion become improved evasion if he takes monk levels? 3) I upped the number of people I can have in my party, how do I add these extra members? 4) How does my Druid's animal companion affect the number of people I can have in my party (as well as summons)?
1) Monk weapons are in the game, and masterwork versions are also available for crafting purposes, they are usually small or medium sized and can be used for a 2 weapon wielding monk. An unarmed monk will not get any benefit from TWF however as there is no weapon to put in his offhand to enable the use of this feat. 2) a rogue/monk would have to take the rogue levels first, and be lawful to advance as a monk from that point on (going back to rogue levels will prohibit you from taking more monk levels later) the feats evasion and improved evasion are separate and will stack. 3) make all members you will put in your party before adding them to the party pool, when they are all made, add them to the party pool (creatng a new character with 5 PC's or more in the party pool will cause the game to CTD (Crash To Desktop). 4) Party members and hireable NPC's go into the party pool (max 8 characters in total) summons, animal companions, commanded undead ect... are handled differently, in Vanilla ToEE the limit is 5 of these creatures can be added to your group, in 5.0.0+ the limit was raised to 10.
I'm not sure how ToEE implements this, but in PNP Evasion+Evasion does not equal Improved Evasion unless the class specifically mentions it. Rogues and Monks do not state this in their class descriptions. Uncanny Dodge, however, does state in the description that two sources of Uncanny Dodge equal Improved Uncanny Dodge. Otherwise a Monk/Rogue could have Improved Evasion at 4th level, whereas a straight Monk can't get it until 9th and a rogue can't select it until 10th. This should be fixed in the 5.0.2 fixes.
