The periput of wound closure is the bomb and possibly the bet single item a fighter can have.
It's made by clerics that can cast the heal spell.
however, that thing is great for any character.the healing is great, but tits the reduction in wound damage that makes it awesome.
you can't die while wearing it unless all the damage is by fire or acid
