Hello all. Just installed Toee from a CD version, and I am having some questions, maybe you guys could help me... - first, the changelog.txt file seems to indicate that the verson I purchased is patched up to "patch 2 beta 8". If I try to install patch 2, it does not let me, stating something to the effect that the file is older. Should I stick to the version I have installed ? - Then when I try to run Toee.exe, my AV - Kaspersky 2011 - keeps warning me that toee.exe is trying to install some driver,and suggests me to stop it. Is it safe to proceed ? Remember, I am using a legit CD, I am not using a no-CD crack... Any help would be appreciated

Well, I went ahead and installed patch 2 anyway (even though it reported that some files were nor replaced...) and then installed the latest Co8 modpack. Now, at least the modpack starts without problems, no malicious activity is reported, and everything seems ok. Strange, but OK, I guess...
I think it is just one of those false positive reports some AV programs may give you. Hope you are having fun with the game.
Well, after all even with the modpack I kept getting warnings with Kaspersky. I thing they are SecuROM related, because all is finally fine now after using the 33K no-cd TOEE.exe. Is there any incompatibility with this exe and the modpack ? Regards
Not for me, as I use that size of cd crack myself. Hope you can create a party of your liking with the mod pack and start your path to Glory against the Demon hoards and their minions that await you.
