    Dear members of the Circle of Eight community forums,

    Welcome to the ToEE Engine Recreation Project forum. It's a forum dedicated to DarkStorm's project to recreate the entire Temple of Elemental Evil engine from scratch to allow maximum customization. Please feel free to discuss the project and contribute to it in any way you can.

    Not exactly... I've got a project deadline this week (friday) and I'm spending most of my time meeting it. After that's done, I'll pick up work on ToEE again.

    Wow!

    I just noticed this forum! Excuse my ignorance, as awesomely ambitious as it is, how much work would this be for one guy?

    Once it is complete would potential projects like KoTB be transferred to it, so they wouldn't be so much of a mod but more of a game in of itself? Build it and and maybe more modders may come like co8?

    I wish you the best of luck and and a boatload of freetime to dedicate to it! :dance:

    My best wishes on this project..

    I really believe ToEE game engine is still the best CrPG engine ever made for d&D (probably the best on all RPGS made imho) so I'm really looking forward to this.. hoping that this means we will be getting a lot of new games based on ToEE engine!

    Just found this by googling "temple of elemental evil engine recreation"! it is great to see it! best of luck with this project and many thanks for devoting time for ToEE engine recreation ;)

    Had a look at your latest build. Looks great.
    This project has huge potential imo.
