    Reincarnation? :scratchhe

It sounds like some permanent silence or lesser globe of invulnerability effect to me. You say you just fought Falrinth - he does LGI and it often causes problems for people.

When you saw Jaroo, did you go the "I've got a problem with spell permanency" route or did you just have him resurrect a dead player via normal means?

This happened to me once, and it turned out I had selected "Defensive Casting" from the radial and forgot to turn it off.

    Worth a check, anyway. :)

How do I do that? Turn it off. If I left it on. How do I tell that I left it on?

Sigh. Back to the chicken and the egg. Thought we were done with that.

    Yes.

I told Jaroo that my Cleric had a problem with spell permanency.

I bet it was Falrinth. But would it become retroactive? Because I had to go past several saves to get to a place where it wasn't happening.

Uh uh. :shrugno: Not when I've got all these fanboys kissing my ***. :notworthy

Just remember, it wasn't me that came up with that. You know who to blame. :chairshot

    The egg. Over easy.

Go to radial menu, to defensive casting. If it has a check mark, click it (off).

I'd say you'd remember, except I regularly forget to unselect non-lethal damage after subduing Falrinth. :p

Ow, ow, ow! I didn't make the fanboys comment, Gaear did. I hate being "Collateral Damage".

I'm going to post a picture of a fat, hairy butt and say it's yours.:smarty:

Interesting ... sounds like a topic for another GenDis thread.

Well, seems pretty unlikely it's spell permanency then. Shouldn't be retroactive to my knowledge, no. I bet Greylan's right.

:gotmyatte to Scryler's apparent lack of embarassment over the fanboy truth.

We were just in the temple running around bashing bugbears and ogres. Well, most of the party was. She wasn't, because there was never enough time in any combat for her to get up to the action with her slow movement speed.

The bug of shapeshifted druids not having movement (other than a 5-foot step if I remember right) has been around forever, unfortunately. Before c08 even, and I seem to remember Ted saying it was unfixable. I'm not 100% on Ted saying that, but I am 100% on it being around since "vanilla" toee.

I don't remember that (but may have said it), but certainly shapeshifting Druids have been bugged in any number of ways from what I have heard. I don't see how we can fix any of it - its all straight off the engine, there's no scripts or files to fiddle with.
