I'm trying to replicate Hendric, and cannot figure out how to get my pseudo-Hendric to wield a warhammer in one hand and a shield in the other. What feats do i need to do this?
Is your Hendric a cleric? I don't believe warhammer is a cleric weapon. Choose martial weapon: warhammer as a starting feat or start or level-up as some kind of fighter.
He's a multiclass cleric fighter with weapon focus and weapon specialization for a warhammer. It doesn't seem to help though. Perhaps there's a strength requirement that I'm missing?
I just checked the Weapon Feat Association Index sticky, which says nothing. And that says something: yes, its a warhammer, 1 handed no less, but its also size large, for what its worth.
