I have a problem when initiating conversation with Romag. I am told to go speak with the commander through the door, but I have no idea who hes talking about. I can find a troop copmmander in the next room but cant speak with him. Is Romag broken or am I just doing something wrong ?
When Romag say this to you, there's something you're supposed to say that gets him to give you your first quest. Talking to the troop commander is not a requirement. Try talking to Maggy again. You may have to pick talk from the radial menu to talk to the troop commander. I know it can be done, because I've done it, but it doesn't really amount to anything. Pretty pointless.
doh - just needed one with good enough persuasion - no problem now - didnt even have to talk to troop commander this time.
Btw - can I do all 3 quests for him right away or shall i stop after 1 or 2 and then do all the other temples quests ? - and shall I also there only do 1 or 2 ?
If you work it right, you can do all the temple quests except 1 (because two of them involving recruiting the same guy for different temples). The one you DON'T do is recruit Ooghrist for fire (it'll cost you 10,000 gp), and you can get him to the water temple for free with intimidate. Just, whenever you get orders to kill one of the priests, leave that quest outstanding and move on to the next priest to get more quests. Once you finish the quests, don't let them blindfold you, but stay up where you are, then kill the priest you just finished with. If that finishes another priest's quests, go talk to him and kill him. Lather rise repeat. One other thing: quests in level 2 sometimes involve leaving something on a corpse, so don't go killing stuff until you've finished the quests, or there may be no body to plant anything on when you come back. Wear the robes from the chests on the ground floor, and none of the temple guards will attack you. Also, don't kill the two priests outside Alrem's room, or he'll attack you. There is also a quest you can do between them, and you may have to do it before killing Alrem. Talk to the north one first.
