Talk to Kenter Nevets, the town elder (in the building surrounded by a wall, just south of the mill). Ask him for rumors -- he's probably the only person whose rumors you don't have to pay for. Continue that line of questioning, and he'll tell you about some orcs he'd like dealt with.
i've done that and killed the orcs but can't finish the quest... anyone know why? ooo and under my journal the quest entry is blank... no name no description
