Hello again, guys! Sometimes I find a diary or an occasional ragged piece of paper and I just wonder... How do I read it? -_- This can sound as silly as it can be but I tried leftclicking on it, rightclicking on it, checking the character's radial menu but no way... I am sure I am being stupid but any help is appreciated. Thanks!
okay. I tried using Larath's diary and a dialog box opens. it asks me if I want to try prying it open, or picking the lock on it. no matter what I choose, it tells me something like "let someone else who is trained try it". I figure that means a rogue. my problem is I don't have a rogue PC. I am using Furnok the NPC and it is not allowing him to use this item. I have a L3 bard NPC that I have been giving pick lock skills to but it doesn't allow him to open the diary either. So what should I do? thanks.
Furnok was supposed to be the guy to talk if you can't open the book... Try talking with him (from radial menu), even if it's in your party.
