Bugged Bard in CO8 patch

    I just found interesting bug in CO8 patch. If I have a bard, who can cast at least a 1. st level spells and has charisma 16+, he can always cast 3 additional spells, even if he used his daily spell limit already. These spells can be of any level.

    I have made some experiments with this feature and found:

    - this bug appears in 3.0.4.1 CO8 pach,
    - I have also latest moebeus Temple.dll installed
    - no matter, how high charisma he has, the extra spells are alway three, of any level
    - sorcerers are not bugged

    Hmm... I tried it with a new level 1 Bard with Cha 14. Casted all level 0 spells and couldn't cast anymore. It says out of available spells.
    Used console to level up to level 2 and can now cast level 1 spells. Casted Tasha's HL and couldn't cast anymore. Looks Ok. Still says out of available spells. Tried singing and resting. Repeated tests. Same results.

    Tried with original temple.dll. No bugs found. Retried one last time with moebius temple.dll, reinstalling it. No bugs found.

    Not sure how you stumbled upon this. Can anyone else confirm/refute this??

    His charisma must be at least 16, othervise, everything is ok.

    Retested with a Cha 16 human bard. Yes, there seem to be some extra spells slots when there should not. Not sure why.
    Is it really Ok with the original temple.dll? If so, we might need to call moebius to make an adjustment here.

    Thanks for the notice. Rather odd bug I'd say and could have missed cursory testing as it is Cha dependent.

    With original Temple.dll (official patch 2), everything is OK.

    I have sent moebius an e-mail on this matter but I'm not sure if he still uses that mailing address. Cross your fingers and hope for the best.

    Morpheus directed my attention to a recent report of this bug by Orion79 in "Livonya's Beta 1.5" thread, but I dig up this one, as it has detailed description of the bug and is dedicated to it.
    Anyway...
    I believe this little crack should fix the problem.

    Sorry, since I'm always in short of time, i guess that I missed something: what are u talking about exactly? Wich but? And what the patch does?
    I hope you'll "upgrade" it to be compatibile with Liv's 2.0.
