Alright, so I havnt played TOEE for a while, and I wanna know, when I went to choose Craft Magic Arms and Armour as a Feat for my Wizard, so later I can upgrade my magical and masterwork items, it is greyed out, and It says Prerequisites: Casting Level 5th. What and how do I get that?
It means you can't take that feat until your caster is 5th level in a spellcasting class. Note that it must be in that class, so a rogue3/wizard3 multiclass (character level 6) will not be able to take it until he levels his wiz class up to at least 5.
Ah, My Wizard is level 3 atm, had to start again , so, when he gets two more levels, (I'm gonna train him to a 20 wizard) he'll be able to use said feat?
Should be. Please note that as things currently stand, even though the level cap is set at 20, you probably will not be able to get enough XP out of the game to actually reach level 20 unless you only use 1-2 characters and no NPCs. (Unless you really like resting in hazardous places to milk random encounter XP.) I think the high-level feats and spells may not be fully in place for some classes, either. IIRC, the Craft Wondrous Item feat is available at 3rd level, and you might find some of the items it will allow you to create to be very useful as well.
Thank you very much and yes, I find 60% of my levels before I even get to the temple and beyond come from quests and random encounters. Specially those trolls
