Halfling Bard issue

I made a halfling bard, and I cant get the bard to sing. Has anyone else had this issue? The bard is level 8 right now and has the horn of fog, but the bard music does not show in the radial menu. Is this a size issue?

 

This may sound stupid... but did you give him ranks in Perform?
Just a guess though...

 

He has a total of 9 skill rank in perform..

 

Have you tryed to use it with another character to see if it actually works?
I usually give it to my fighter, so there aren'r any class problems...

It could be a size issue. You can create a levl 1 gnome or halfling, add in the party just for testing. Or look in the description.mes file (with notepad) for Wonnilon and console hime, and test the horn with him in your party.
