1.there is special menu (i think this one with sword) with feats power attack, etc. It should be there
2.you have to use skill open locks and gave at least 1 rank (point) in open locks skill

During character creation you must put at least one point in open lock or you will not have the option to pick-locks in game. You must have a skill in order to use it. :)

    No.

Rogues cannot craft or place traps. That was Baldur's Gate, not ToEE.

Read magic. You can identify scrolls and potions using this
    spell.

Bluffing in combat is "feinting". If you succeed in a check of
bluff against a sense motive check the enemy loses its
DEX AC bonus in the next round against your attacks. You
right-click on the enemy, then hover your mouse to the sword
icon and there you should find "Feint". As for disarming, it has
    not been implemented in ToEE.

It's kind of an off-topic question, but it's related with being a noob in D&D ... Let's say there's a Bugbear and two PCs flanking him -a bard and a rogue. In his action, the bard successfully Feints the Bugbear, and then the Rogue attacks him... it'll be a Sneak Attack, or the "no-dex" bonus of feinting only applies to the Bard's next attack? And related to that, if a Rogue has two attacks in his round, and uses Feint in his first one and attacks in the second... will it be a Sneak Attack?

    Thanks!
