How open a console, because [shift + ~] doesn't work?

 

Or, if you have a European keyboard layout (like I do) then the SHIFT + °^ key.

 

You're not actually typing the "+" key, are you?

Just for the sake of stating this... You are holding down the shift key while pressing the ~, correct? Not just pressing it and then releasing it? I've also heard some people state that this only works with the left shift key, not the right. So, you might want to try that too. :shrug:

 

I have noticed that sometimes it takes a second or two for it to kick in, so what I personally do is hold down the left shift key for a sec and then hit the ~ and it usually pops right up. Hope that helps ya out some. :wave:

 

are you only using the atari patch 2 and none of the co8 patches if so I think that could be the problem also.

 

i can't instal co8 : "patch error: cannot locate ToEE, Any English, on your computer."
this patch is only for english version? i have polish version

 

Hmmm I had this once but you can (I think you can) just choose where
to install the pack. For the record, it should be your ToEE root folder.
