I have noticed that periodically one of my characters does a passable immitation of a snail(not always the same character), On Checking I can find no reason for this. They are not encumbered or the subject of any spell.

    Anyone else suffered this?

Can anyone shed any light on the possible cause, and possibly a fix or work around?

    Are they in sneak mode?

Sorry , not a mode I am familiar with, am I missing something?.

They act fine as a group and then, for no apparent reason, one of them becomes extreemly slow, just as if they were heavily encumbered but they are not.

Is their animation any different when they are walking slow or is it the same and just slower? If it is the same I have no idea what is going on. If it is different (looks like walking on tip toes) your charactersare in sneak mode.

Animation is significantly different, they appear to be dragging one leg behind them and to be bent over, I suppose as if they had suddenly become very old.

Wow, that doesn't seem like sneak mode to me...Not sure what the heck is going on there...Next time it happens try to see if you are in sneak mode just in case.

A slightly nieve question but how do I tell what mode the character is in?

Haven't played the game in a while so I don't remember. Waiting for the second (or third) patch. Look in your skills radial menu.
