stuck in greater temple(possible spoilers)

having trouble getting past the electrical trap in the greater temple. been every where else in the temple and don't have any ideas where to go next or what I'm supposed to do now.

 

Well, enough buffing and a dead run can get you past the trap. Also, there used to be a bug where you could press "C" to enter combat time and then walk characters past the trap without setting it off. Not sure if it can be disarmed under 5.02; used to be possible, but may have been broken.

If you've found the Golden Skull, look around on the first floor for a throne and some stairs down right in front of it.

You need a 9th lvl PC Rouge to disarm the trap. Did you do the encounters in the 2 side corridors before the trap? Lots of mean stuff down there. To get pass the trap, asumming no Rouge, use the console and type in game.fade_and_teleport(0,0,0,5080,475,475) and it will teleport you up the main hallway near the "big one". Your on your own afer that

 

What's a rouge? Is that like a theif? :evil_laug

 

Yeah, my spelling stinks. I doubt if I can spell theif, or is it thief? Let's see I before E, except whenever. I guess I didn't learn much in college, but that was a long time ago. I never finished anyway, it shows huh. I'm almost 60, can't see well, can't hear well and can't spell very well. I'll try to do better.

 

yes kinda, thats one of their main skills, its one of the classes you can make you PCs at character creation.

I think Rouge replaced Thief in 3.0 or 3.5 rules.

 

Uhm...they're making a joke...since...Rouge is makeup...Rogue is a thief...*cough*...Gotta watch that 'u'...

 

maybe they all got caught RED handed
