I was cruising around the Temple and I found a sealed letter, I was wondering how I read it. Anyone wanna help me out?
in your inventory screen there are two icon things in the bottom right corner-ish, drop item and use item, to do either drag and drop the item onto the approprate icon. they look like hands, one with a greenish thing and one with a redish thing
The sealed letter that was in Romag's possesion? you can't read that thing, it's a fed-ex quest item intended for one of the guy's in the waterside hostel in Nulb.
ok, I've been to the waterside hotel but can't find any quests in there at all, after talking to everyone.
Well, they wont give you the quest, or complete it without the quest having been started already, Romag (the dead cleric in the brown robe you got the sealed letted from) gives you the quest if you talk to him... Unfortunately, Speak with Dead wasn't implemented into ToEE.
There are a couple of "quests" in the Waterside Hostel, if your social skills are high enough, but nothing that involves anyone outside of that room.
oh right, I though you meant a quest given to you by someone in the waterside hotel. ahwell, so the letter thing is useless to me now?
Yep, useless. Chuck it in a chest, or drop it on a random map, perhaps if you play an evil party in your next game, you might get the chance to use the letter as it was intended.
