Helms, Gloves, Boots

    What do helms, gloves, and boots do?

    Early in the game they are mostly just for looks. Later however, you may find or be able to craft some magical ones.

    Is craft rings/staves a useable feat now?

    In the vanilla game they weren't but i haven't gotten far enough into the mod to find out if they're usefull now. And i don't want to take them and gimp myself. :p
