Even if I can't progress my game (see "levelling up problem" thread), I'm quite sure I've lost some new-added quest. So, hoping next list is a "knowledge sharing", not only helping me, I've done: -the Ami's cure quest -the desperate housewife's quests (all subquest) -Brother Smith Masterwork Item quest -Corl's father quest (strangely enough, I've accomplished it only speaking with teamster :twitch: ) -Burne quiz quest (another oddy quest _O: ) -clear the moathouse and the "visitors" quest (after killing lareth inkkirby ) -vampire quest...better saying, I hope it's a quest, for I0ve found a vampire in the cellar of an Hommlet house during my search for Mickey..."it" kicked my ass 4 times before i cut his head off (3 critical hit with my greatsword to take it down...) Nothing more...so, what I've lost?
Look to and scroll down the far right-hand side pane of the linked web page and look for the two headers named "Hommlet Quests" and "Nulb Quests". Realize that the links I referred to and the other links also in the right-hand pane on the same side of that web page are complete spoilers for all of the default quests and is pre-Co8 MOD information. -> Hommlet and Nulb quests <--- click there
Again with the vampires? And what house has a damn cellar anyway? K-man, he asked for 'newly added' quests, ie our Co8 stuff. GameBanshee, alas, has not caught up with us.
Here are the quests that gamebanshee lists for the default [unmodded] ToEE. Hommlet Welcome Wench Inn Know When to Fold Drinking Contest Unhappy Tailor Woodcutter's Problem Deklo Grove Black Jay's Sheep A Ring for Black Jay Zealotry Grain for Church Soul for Cuthbert Terjon Wants More Terjon's Artifact Emridy Meadows One Bride Carpenter's Dilemma Cupid's Arrow Stealing Farmers Flirting With Disaster Herdsman Courtship Agent Revealed Traders' Courier Traders Revealed The Rescue of Paida Nulb The Waterside Hostel Triple-Cross Mona's Crystal Ball Gypsy Road Bribery Tooth of Pain Home for Sale A Pirate's Life Eye of the Tiger Grud's Fish Story Imeryds Run Assassination
I'm needing to join you, Ted, my replacement motherboard is not scheduled to arrive until the second week of August, so no evil-temple-bashing action for almost a whole month and a half!... argh. :drunk: --Blair "Fifteen men on a dead man's chest... yo ho ho and a bottle of rum!"
I have the same feeling. 12 installs in 3 days and all glitchy. Not good Oh, yeah, new quests added - why not check the readme? Blue's documented everything brilliantly since at least v4 and has combed the archives for the older things. I can't think of anything added which you haven't mentioned - did you include the brothel quests though? They aren't in vanilla but I've no idea how much work went into getting them going. There are also the quests added by Verbobonc. Will look into the issues you mentioned but I think they are caused by the quests being only partly implemented after being reactivated by a modder. I can't recall anything being odd about Burne's quest - other than the person solving the puzzles having to be of high INT.
To heck with this - lets crack open the beastie ('ware spoilers!): {61} {Burne's Puzzles} {62} {Orc Season} {69} {Under Attack from Underground} {70} {Free Jenna} {71} {Free Elysia} {72} {Clear The Moathouse} {74} {Frozen Assets} {75} {Family Turmoil} {76} {Catching the "Cousin"} {77} {Removing Wilfrick} {94} {Romag 2: Alrrem Must Pay!} {95} {Bring me the Head of Great King Rat} {96} {A Plenary Indulgence for Clarisse} {97} {When You're Not Quite Sweet Enough} {98} {Desperate Housewives} {99} {Stop that racket!} {100} {Masterwork Items} {101} {A Cure for Amii} There's the additional quests. Note that the moathouse respawn is not a quest, just an event in the game, and Romag 2 is a repair, not a new one (damn good work there though).
