Some NPC dont speak to me

    I can now normally play the game but only on my older pc... game is kinda sluggish but its worth it (no errors, no freezes, no reboots).

    I seen that some NPC dont want to talk to me. You see their portrait and text but i dont get the talking feature. Its like they only have SAY HELLO feature. I encountered for now 3 npcs. Gunther (i think), Militia Captain wife and some one else which i cant remember.

    Is this normal?

    But what if Gunther had a quest! What if this quest was worth 1000000XP?! OH MY GOD!

    Yea i think its nothing.
