Moradin's Soul Hammer says it's Holy, Lawful and Defending in it's description but I don't see those enchantments on it in "Craft Arms and Armor" menu except the +1. Also what is "Defending"?
You can't see them in the menu because you aren't crafting them with a cleric. Only a Lawful cleric can make a Lawful weapon, and only a Good cleric can make a Holy weapon.
Cool. What about Defending? What does that enchantment do? I ask because I would assume a +1 AC bonus but I'm not seeing that on the character sheet, not even as "does not stack".
It has a Weapon Defending Bonus, but I have no idea if that actually works in the game. It may very well be one of those bonuses Troika never finished.
If it works correctly, Defending will let you apply all or part of that weapon's enhancement bonus to AC instead of attack and damage rolls if you wish. It's a lot like Combat Expertise except that it applies against the weapon's bonus instead of the character's and also penalizes damage. I would imagine this would be implemented in ToEE through something similar to the Power Attack and Expertise sliders. No idea if it actually works, though.
