    The black cloaks used to work. I wonder if it's still related to the Cloak of Elvenkind problem, since the cloaks in the normal modded game are black.

    It seems ACE just edited the black cloak mesh to make the cloak of elvenkind, I've edited the files and made the black cloak use it's original mesh, and the elvenkind cloak to use it's own mesh, I haven't tested it yet, but that cloak is just too damn good looking to leave out of 5.0.0

    ctd's if you have Prince Trommel & Kella in your party (both dead) as you enter buildings in either Hommlet or Nulb

    Allyx and I teamed up and here is the fix for the cloak of Elvenkind. Its no longer connected to the black cloak by the protos so that should work as well.

    ack really i was sure i re moved the file??? to associate correctly i was initaly testing it on the black spot:( ill double check///SORRY all!!

    OPPS i made a boo boo!

    i found the problem fast lol, i forgot to assign the new model id 12190 to the elven cloak and replace the the pc_black_claok_ground at 12160 for the meshes.mes

    my bad..

    fixed now ill re zip and post fix in sec

    @VS you also forget the cloaks .SKM file, which was causing the CDT's, and rufnredde posted the fix above dude :p

    OK here it is fixed properly sorry about my stuff up, ive been away alil while so haven browsed this thread for bit ....anyways tested and works as it should :)

    black cloak and elven lol

    elven model id now 12190 FIXED
    black reset model id to 12160 FIXED


    protos for elven claok 6058
    protos for black claok 6233



    decirptions and protos up dated

    ball is back in your court guys have fun! or what ever here files anyways just in case.

    ahh i see run put it in 12307 well whatever as long as it all good:imwithstu

    nope all skm where there im sure of that i just checked before was just the confusion the engine had with the meshes im sure:scratchhe

    Sorry I meant the SKA file, the TXT file is also missing. Try dropping the cloak on the ground VS, you'll get a CTD ;)

    thx for head up allyx i must be losing it...........:eek:mg:

    ahhh i see i did once again...left it in my version hence no prob for me dropping stuff and hence why i didnt notice :( but missed it in the zip huh oky try number 3 uploaded hehe

    3 times a charm!

    In my CTD with Prince Trommel, I ended up spawning a scroll of resurrection and returning to the broken tower... This ended the problem with me entering building, and I still have *K* with me.

    I am getting CTD's on load up after installing the patch... reloaded Rufnredde's and TOEE frontend now loads properly.... dunno maybe something I did...:notworthy

    CTD's when clicking on characters and portraits caused ctd's, reinstallation of cumulative fixes corrected...:chainsaw:

    oky i bet the protos is differnt ill check........lol yep just not my night headache and sinus sure makes it hard to think straight, redone again with runs protos and that should work this time i hope:shrugno:

    take 4 sigh:blink:

    crosses fingers, if it still dosnt work im sorry ill figure it out later in morning when my brain is in better working order....:sweatdrop
