oky ive done the cloak with 32 bit alphamaps for transparent fade out and i changed the bottom shape of the cloak around the trailing edge to a kinda triangle cut out '^^' i settled on a grey neutral green tint as the manual has it, with a few highlights on edges to make it standout a lil. hood and cape are now semi see though about a 15-20% trans fade and a graduated fade to 90% at base gives it and awsome blend effect i tried to show this on the screen shots..... you may have to zoom in on em to see feet and legs , head etc hidden behind the cloak cloth. hope ya like it, rest assured it looks really good in game when ya move around :giggle: EDIT ugh the pics are pretty hard to make out ill try make better ones later...its real obvious in game just not so in screen shots
I don't suppose you could upload the files for the cloaks, so they can get added to the 5.0.0 mod VS?

Sure no probs dude, I think you should keep the hood however, people can add hoodless headbands or hats if they want it removed.
well here the cloak im still a lil undecided about the detail i put on it, it can be removed if need be but i kinda like it but if ppl are happy with colour, tone and shape of it ill post it up now VS
It looks good in a still, I for one would like to see it when its animated. You should go ahead and post it.

Thanks ACE, with a little luck people will stop complaining about the elvenkind cloaks being the wrong colour now, and I'm sure this will end up in the Co8 5.0.0 patch soon.
If you want the spaceman's excellent cloak and the goblin gone mod please download the combined download from this thread. http://www.co8.org/forum/showpost.php?p=33408&postcount=424 so they don't conflict with each other.
