Used a console cheat to get all spells. Now my bard can't lvl up because it asks for him to select 2 new spells. Is there any way around this or can I turn the cheat off?

Well let me put it this way is there anyway I can delete all my spells through the console or some other method? I can always hack them back later and one I max out my character.
Erm, no. Not that I know of, the all spells cheats is just that - a cheat. There is no way I know of for removing the cheat, thus it should only be used for testing (spells) purposes - not as serious game enhancement.
